How can I check my order details?

After signing in, go to Account > Orders to view your order status and details.

Will I receive a shipping notification?

After your order ships, the system will send notifications based on the email address or mobile number entered at checkout. The actual notification method follows the order and shipping settings.

Does MORENE have a physical store?

MORENE currently sells mainly through the official website. A physical store is being prepared. For essential oil certificate courses or product consultation, please contact official customer service.

Member Levels and Rewards

Member Levels

• L1 Scent Member: no orders, or cumulative spend below NT$5,000
• L2 Member: cumulative spend from NT$5,000 to below NT$15,000
• L3 Member: cumulative spend of NT$15,000 or more

Member levels are determined by order history and cumulative spend in the system. The actual level follows the member account and Shopify admin records.

Clear distinction

• Member Level: used for member grouping and future benefit eligibility.
• Member Welcome Offer: L1 uses MORENEHELLO for NT$200 off over NT$1,500.
• Scent Rewards: current threshold offers are available to all customers who meet the order amount requirement. They are not exclusive L2 or L3 benefits.
• Free Shipping: automatically applies to all customers when one order reaches NT$1,200.

Available offers and whether they can be combined follow the cart and checkout display.

Do L2 and L3 currently include exclusive birthday gifts, points, or store credit?

Not officially yet. L2 and L3 birthday gifts, membership points, store credit, or other level-based benefits will become official only after the system setup is confirmed and the offer is announced on the storefront. Before an official announcement, these benefits do not apply to checkout, order discounts, or after-sale compensation.

Scent Rewards and Free Shipping

Current storefront offers: free shipping over NT$1,200; automatic NT$100 off over NT$2,000; automatic NT$300 off over NT$3,500; automatic NT$500 off over NT$5,000.

The current threshold reward is set up as an order discount, not a gift item. If this changes to a gift in the future, it will be announced separately and the checkout display will apply.

Payment, Shipping and Invoices

Available payment methods, shipping methods and shipping fees follow the current checkout options. If an order qualifies for free shipping over NT$1,200, the system will apply it in the cart or at checkout.

Invoice options follow the checkout page and order notifications. If you need a tax ID or company title, please enter the details at checkout.
