一、付款與取貨
本站目前透過 Ako CVS 台灣物流提供超商/便利店取貨與取貨付款(如 7-ELEVEN、全家)。請於結帳頁選擇取貨門市並確認可用付款方式;實際開放選項以結帳頁顯示為準。
二、配送說明
- 配送以台灣可取貨之超商門市為主。
- 單筆訂單滿 NT$1,200 享免運;系統於購物車/結帳頁自動判斷。
- 出貨後依您填寫之 Email/手機寄送通知。詳見〈配送服務政策〉。
三、發票開立
- 本店目前開立一般發票(紙本),隨商品寄出或依結帳頁說明提供。尚未提供電子發票。
- 需開立公司統編者,請於結帳時填寫買受人公司名稱與統一編號;發票一經開立,依稅法規定,買受人資料原則上無法事後變更,請務必確認正確。
四、退換貨指引
- 享 7 日鑑賞期(依消保法第 19 條)。
- 精油/化妝品基於衛生考量,拆封使用後恕無法退貨;惟瑕疵不在此限。

Welcome to MORENE. Please review the following before ordering.
1. Payment & Pickup: we offer convenience-store pickup and pay-on-pickup via the Ako CVS network (e.g., 7-ELEVEN, FamilyMart). Select your pickup store at checkout; options shown at checkout prevail.
2. Delivery: primarily to convenience-store pickup locations in Taiwan. Free shipping on orders over NT$1,200, applied automatically. After dispatch you’ll be notified via the email/phone you provide.
3. Invoices: we currently issue paper invoices; e-invoices are not yet available. For a business invoice, enter the buyer company name and tax ID at checkout — once issued, buyer details generally cannot be changed under tax law, so please verify carefully.
4. Returns: a 7-day cooling-off period applies (Consumer Protection Act, Art. 19). For hygiene reasons, essential oils/cosmetics cannot be returned once opened and used; defective items are not subject to this exception. See the Refund & Return Policy.
