依據《消費者保護法》第 19 條，您透過本網站（通訊交易）購買的商品，享有自收受商品後 7 日內的鑑賞期。在此期間內，您得不附理由、於不負擔任何費用或對價的情況下，以退回商品或書面通知方式解除契約。
一、七日鑑賞期（猶豫期）
此 7 日為「鑑賞期」而非「試用期」。您可如同在實體門市檢視商品般進行確認（例如查看外觀、嗅聞氣味），但若已開封使用、稀釋、調合或消耗，致商品價值減損，可能影響您可退還的權益，或須就減損部分負擔責任。
二、可退貨條件
- 商品於 7 日鑑賞期內提出。
- 商品未拆封、未使用，且保持可供完整轉售之狀態（含外盒、瓶身、封膜、贈品、發票）。
- 已完成退貨申請（見第六項聯絡方式）。
三、合理例外（精油／化妝品之衛生考量）
依《通訊交易解除權合理例外情事適用準則》，部分商品性質上不適用 7 日解除權，常見例外包括：易於腐敗、保存期限較短、客製化、依消費者要求製作，以及經拆封之個人衛生用品／化妝品等。基於上述衛生考量，MORENE 之精油、植物油、臉部精華油等個人護理／美容商品，一經拆封使用後，恕無法辦理退貨。
重要：商品瑕疵不在此限。上述拆封不可退之例外，不適用於有瑕疵之商品。若商品有破損、滲漏、寄錯、變質或其他瑕疵，無論是否拆封，您皆得依法主張更換或退貨，相關往返運費由本店負擔。
四、退貨地址
新北市新莊區五權一路 5 號 4 樓之 7（茂世潔貿易股份有限公司）。請務必先聯絡客服確認後再寄回，以利核對與處理。
五、退款方式與時程
- 退款將以您原付款方式退還。
- 若採超商取貨付款，將依您提供之帳戶或本店指定方式辦理退款。
- 退款作業通常於本店收到退貨並完成檢核後 7 個工作天內啟動；實際入帳時間另受金流機構／銀行作業時程影響。
- 若已使用點數或優惠，退款金額將依實際折抵後之金額計算；回饋點數將依退貨比例調整。
六、如何申請退換貨
請於鑑賞期內聯絡客服並提供訂單編號、商品名稱、退貨原因（瑕疵請附照片）：marketing@morene.com.tw｜02-2299-3071。
English — Refund & Return Policy
Under Article 19 of the Taiwan Consumer Protection Act, purchases made through this website (distance selling) carry a cooling-off period of 7 days from the date you receive the goods. Within this period, you may rescind the contract without giving any reason and without cost, by returning the goods or giving written notice.
Please note: These 7 days are an inspection (cooling-off) period, not a trial-use period. You may examine the product as you would in a physical store, but if it has been opened, used, diluted, blended, or consumed such that its value is diminished, your refund right may be affected or you may be liable for the reduction in value.
Conditions for return: request made within 7 days; product unopened and unused, in fully resalable condition (outer box, bottle, seal, gifts, invoice); return request submitted.
Reasonable exceptions (hygiene): Under the Regulations Governing Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Rescission in Distance Sales, opened personal-hygiene products / cosmetics may be excepted. On hygiene grounds, MORENE essential oils, plant oils, and facial serum oils cannot be returned once opened and used. Defective goods are not subject to this exception — if a product is damaged, leaking, mis-shipped, deteriorated, or otherwise defective, you may seek exchange or return as provided by law, and we will bear the round-trip shipping.
