MORENE 配送服務政策

一、適用地區

目前配送服務以台灣可取貨之超商門市為主。若物流商暫停特定地區服務,可用選項與客服回覆以當下物流狀態為準。

二、免運門檻

單筆訂單滿 NT$1,200,系統於購物車或結帳頁自動判斷是否符合免運。免運是否可與其他優惠合併,以購物車/結帳頁實際顯示為準。

三、配送方式與運費

本站透過 Ako CVS 台灣物流提供超商取貨與取貨付款(如 7-ELEVEN、全家)。可用配送方式與運費依商品、收件地區與物流設定而異,以結帳頁開放選項為準。訂單成立後,本店依付款狀態、庫存與物流作業安排出貨;實際到貨時間可能受例假日、天候、物流量等影響。

四、出貨通知

訂單出貨後,系統依結帳時填寫之 Email 或手機寄送通知。

五、收件資料

請於結帳前確認收件人姓名、電話及取貨門市資料正確。若因資料有誤導致延遲、退回或重新寄送,可能需重新安排配送並依實際情況負擔相關費用。

六、到貨時效

到貨時效以結帳頁顯示為準。

1. Coverage: delivery is primarily to convenience-store pickup locations in Taiwan. If a carrier suspends service in certain areas, available options reflect the carrier’s current status.

2. Free shipping: on orders over NT$1,200, determined automatically at cart/checkout. Whether it combines with other promotions is as displayed at checkout.

3. Method & fees: convenience-store pickup and pay-on-pickup via Ako CVS (e.g., 7-ELEVEN, FamilyMart). Methods and fees vary by product, area, and logistics settings; options shown at checkout prevail. Delivery time may be affected by holidays, weather, and volume.

4. Dispatch notification: after dispatch, we notify you via the email/phone provided at checkout.

5. Recipient details: please verify recipient name, phone, and pickup-store details before checkout. Errors causing delay, return, or re-shipment may require re-arrangement at your cost.

6. Delivery time: as displayed at checkout.
