1. Data collected: name, phone, email, recipient/pickup-store details, order and purchase records; for business invoices, the buyer’s company name and tax ID.
2. Purposes: order processing, payment and logistics (convenience-store pickup); customer service, returns and disputes; membership, points and benefits, marketing/newsletter (with consent); site operations, security, and legal compliance.
3. Period / Region / Recipients / Method: for the duration of the purposes or any period required by law/contract; within Taiwan (and as necessary where outsourced); the Company and outsourced logistics/payment/IT partners; by automated or non-automated lawful means.
4. Cookies: we use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your cart and login state, analyze traffic, and optimize your experience; you may manage or disable them in your browser, though some features may be affected.
