三、點數規則
- 回饋比例：消費 1% 回饋點數（以實際支付金額計，運費及不適用品項除外）。
- 折抵方式：點數以 1:1（1 點折抵 NT$1）於結帳折抵。
- 效期：點數自取得日起 365 天內有效，逾期失效。
- 不可轉讓／兌現：點數不得轉讓、不得兌換現金。
- 退貨調整：若訂單退貨，該筆所獲點數依退貨比例調整（扣回）。
四、注意事項
- 會員福利與點數規則得依營運調整，並於本網站公告。
- 不得以不正當方式取得或使用點數／福利；如有濫用，本店得取消相關權益。

Join MORENE membership for exclusive benefits and points rewards. Actual usable offers are as displayed at cart/checkout.
1. Benefits: NT$200 first-purchase gift; 1% points rewards on spend; birthday-month gift; early access to new products; in-store consultation (by appointment); seasonal newsletter.
2. Tiers (3 levels): Pin-Xiang Member (free to join); Aroma Member (cumulative annual spend NT$6,000); Blending Member (cumulative annual spend NT$18,000). Qualifying period and maintenance conditions are as announced by MORENE.
3. Points: earn 1% of spend in points (based on amount actually paid; shipping and non-eligible items excluded); redeem at 1:1 (1 point = NT$1) at checkout; valid for 365 days from the date earned; non-transferable and non-cashable; points from a returned order are adjusted (clawed back) in proportion to the return.
4. Notes: benefits and points rules may be adjusted for operational reasons and posted on this site; points/benefits may not be obtained or used improperly (the Company may revoke benefits for abuse); member data is handled under our Privacy Policy.
