配送服務政策(適用台灣本島與離島)

配送範圍

台灣本島:全境皆可寄送。

離島地區(澎湖、金門、馬祖、綠島、蘭嶼等)亦提供宅配服務,運送時程將較本島多 1–3 個工作天。

配送方式與重量上限

宅配到府 黑貓宅急便 =<20KG

超商店到店 7-11/全家 =<5KG


貼心提醒:商品+包材若超過各通路重量上限,系統將自動隱藏該配送選項;請拆單或改選宅配方式完成結帳。

運費與免運門檻

超商店到店 常態運費為$65 元

宅配到府 常態運費為 $150元

消費滿額$2500 享免運費

促銷期間 之特殊運費優惠,以活動頁面公告為準。

若訂單因退貨致未達免運門檻,退款時將酌扣原寄出運費

出貨時程
14:00 前完成付款,將於周一~週五當日出貨
14:00 後完成付款,將於次一工作日出貨
例假日/國定假日 皆停止出貨,順延至下一工作日

配送時效(自出貨日算起)

本島宅配:2~3 工作天
本島超商店到店:3~4 工作天(抵達門市後會簡訊通知)
離島:3–5 工作天
實際到貨時間可能因天候、交通狀況或旺季物流量影響而調整,敬請見諒。

物流追蹤

出貨後,系統將自動寄送「出貨通知信」至您的會員信箱/簡訊,內含物流追蹤號碼與查詢連結;亦可登入 Shopify 會員中心 →「訂單詳情」即時掌握最新動態。

無法配達 & 再配送
  1. 宅配到府:若收件人 2 次無人簽收,物流將暫存 3 日並電話聯繫;逾期未回覆視同放棄,訂單將取消並扣除往返運費。
  2. 超商取件:請於簡訊到貨後 7 日內領取。逾期退回之訂單,需重新下單並自行負擔新運費

特殊狀況說明
  • 易碎/大容量商品:為安全考量,MORENE 保留調整配送方式或分箱出貨之權利。
  • 大宗 / B2B 訂單:建議先聯繫客服,我們將依實際需求提供專案運輸方案。
  • 不可抗力因素(颱風、地震、疫情管制等)導致延遲,MORENE 將於官網與社群公告並主動協助改期或退款。

MORENE Shipping Policy

This page explains the current shipping and delivery rules for the MORENE official website. Available shipping methods, payment methods, shipping fees and delivery timing are always subject to the cart and checkout pages at the time of purchase.

Service Area

MORENE currently ships to eligible areas in Taiwan, including the main island and supported offshore islands. If a logistics provider temporarily suspends service to a specific area, the available checkout options and customer service response will follow the current logistics status.

Free Shipping Threshold

Orders over TWD 1,200 are eligible for free shipping when the cart or checkout page confirms the condition is met.

Whether free shipping can be combined with other offers depends on the actual cart and checkout display.

Shipping Methods and Fees

Available shipping methods and fees may vary by product, delivery area, payment method and logistics settings. Please refer to the options shown at checkout.

After an order is placed, MORENE arranges shipment according to payment status, inventory and logistics processing. Actual delivery time may be affected by holidays, weather, logistics volume or remote-area delivery conditions.

Shipment Notifications

After shipment, notifications may be sent to the email address or mobile number entered at checkout. The actual notification method depends on the order and logistics settings.

Recipient Information

Please confirm the recipient name, phone number, address and store pickup information before checkout. Incorrect information may delay delivery, cause a return shipment, or require reshipment fees depending on the situation.

Offers and Gifts

This shipping policy is not a gift campaign announcement. Spend discounts, member benefits and gifts are valid only when stated on the official website and shown in the cart or checkout. Planned offers that are not publicly announced or shown at checkout do not apply to orders, deductions or post-order compensation.
